Herb Marinated Chicken Breast

1/2 cup dry white wine                                                     2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 tablespoon minced parsley                                         1 teaspoon rosemary, crushed

1/2 teaspoon garlic salt                       1 whole (about 12 oz.) chicken breast, skinned

1 kiwifruit, peeled and sliced                                                                                      

Combine wine, oil and seasonings. Place chicken meat-side down in 2 qt. microwave-safe dish. Marinate chicken 1/2 to 1 hour. Pour off marinade and cover with plastic wrap; cook at high 5 to 7 minutes, until chicken has lost its raw appearance (temp. 170); let stand 1 to 2 minutes. Top with sliced kiwifruit. Serves 2.
