Sweet pickle syrup
Peel moderately hard kiwi; slice into thick crosswise slices. Cover with
sweet pickle syrup from commercial pickles or your own recipe. Store in refrigerator
overnight before using; will keep several days. Excellent garnish for meals. Serve with
beef, ham, poultry or lamb.
