GREEN KIWI CAKE

Green has become a popular color not only for food, but also for clothing and even hair! Kids will love these bright green cupcakes.

• Add a few drops of green food coloring to basic white cake mix batter.
• Pour batter into cupcake pan with liners and bake.
• While cupcakes are cooling, add some green food coloring to store-bought vanilla frosting.
• Frost cupcakes once they have cooled.

Top cupcakes with sliced kiwifruit while frosting is still moist.
