
4 1/2 cups prepared kiwifruit, (4 pounds) peeled
1 box fruit pectin
7 cups sugar
Peel fruit. Crush and heat for 3 minutes with 1/2 cup water. Add pectin.
Mix well. Bring to hard boil. Add sugar all at once. Bring back to full boil. Boil 1
minute.
Remove from heat. Skim foam off. Pour into sterilized jars. Seal.
Makes 8 cups.
