Kiwifruit Punch Cooler



1 cup apricot nectar

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 cup strawberries, hulled

1 cup cracked ice

2 large kiwi, peeled

Combine apricot nectar, lime juice, strawberries and ice in a blender. Process on high until mixture is smooth. Serve in punch cups with strawberries and kiwi slices as garnishes on stirrers. Makes four six-ounce drinks.
