Kiwifruit Salad

 

1 medium pineapple

2 kiwifruit, pared and sliced

2 cups cubed assorted fruits

Cut pineapple in half lengthwise, cutting through crown. Taking care to preserve pineapple shell and crown, cut fruit away from shell; cube. Combine cubed pineapple, kiwifruit slices and assorted fruits. Spoon into pineapple shell. Serve chilled.
